No refund available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or for no-shows.
Free rescheduling available with 48 hours notice. One complimentary reschedule per booking.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for booking your wardrobe consultation.
If you are not satisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns and find a suitable solution.
Digital materials, style guides, and personalized reports provided during your consultation are non-refundable once delivered. Personal shopping services completed are non-refundable.
We understand emergencies happen. In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate accommodation.
