Consultation appointments must be booked in advance through our contact form or by phone. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment for wardrobe consultation services is required at the time of booking or upon completion of services, as specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process.
